Join us in person in the beautiful Samuel de Champlain Provincial Park for the 44th MBC Annual General Meeting and Conference

Featured Speakers

Shannon Moroney - The F word  A path to personal forgiveness.

Dr. Nancy Segal – Deliberately Divided - the story of multiples adopted separately on purpose.

Workshops

The weekend workshops will be developed to help chapters work towards  re-growing their membership, events, and fundraising activities.

We will also take a scenic drive to the Dionne Quints Museum where we will all get a personal tour of both the actual home and the displays housed next door.   In addition, a member of the Board of Directors for the museum will speak to us about how they came together and saved the museum when the city of North Bay decided they couldn’t fund it any longer.

The weekend will also feature

  • Chapter Innovations

  • MBC Connections

  • the Making A Difference Awards Ceremony

  • Annual General Meeting

There will be time for

  • Walks in the woods

  • Campfires

  • Zumba

  • Personal growth and reflection

We hope you will leave the weekend refreshed and excited to work within your homes, and your Chapters.

Registration is $250 This registration fee covers all programming and food for each delegate. Register Now, and pay later if needed. All fees due by September 15, 2022.

Registration is now CLOSED for both delegates and accommodations.

Accommodations

Delegate Cabin prices are $99+tx/night for 1 to 6 people. That is a total cost of only $334.61 for all three nights for your entire group!

Each cabin comes with:

  • Bedding (sheets, comforters and pillows

  • Small bar fridge

  • Hot running water

  • Stand up shower

  • Flush toilet

Perhaps you would prefer to bring your partner and have a quiet cabin to yourselves? Sounds amazing, however, may we suggest they also pay the registration fee so that they are included in food counts, as there is nowhere else close to get food.

Bring your own towels! These are not supplied.

One last thing to note:

Due to being in a provincial park, there will also be a day pass cost of $18/vehicle per overnight.  A form to purchase those passes will be available closer to the event.  We promise the peace, quiet and fall colours will be worth it.
